Processing & Shipping Policy

 

Ready-Made Items

Ready-Made items are kept in stock in small quantities and replenished weekly. The standard processing time for these items is 1-2 business days.

 

Custom Items

​

Custom items are made to order. Upon receipt of an order and payment (or deposit, if applicable) processing time will range from 7-14 business days depending on material availability and size of the order. Longer timelines will be discussed for bulk orders or those that need to arrive by a certain date outside of the normal window (i.e., orders placed in June for an event in August).

 

Shipping

All orders have a standard shipping time of 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available for selection during checkout (estimated time frames are noted for domestic shipping in the checkout window).

Normal shipping days for candles are Monday to Wednesday to avoid having candles sitting in carrier warehouses over the weekend where temperatures controls are unknown. Items that are not temperature sensitive will ship Monday to Saturday.

All orders are shipped with insurance through the carrier, so please notify us if an item or packaging arrives damaged at info@theblackrisingcollective.com. The standard response time is 48 hours.
